Terms of Service
Terms of Service
Effective date: July 1, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Profit Router, Wrapper, and related FiveToClose services on ai.fivetoclose.cloud and wrapper.fivetoclose.cloud. By using the service, creating an account, or buying credits, you agree to these terms.
Service Overview
Profit Router routes one prompt through multiple AI providers — including OpenAI, Claude, Grok, Gemini, Qwen, GLM, and DeepSeek — compares their answers, and returns one distilled response. Wrapper is the paid panel where full seven-model routes run. The service is designed for offers, emails, hooks, ads, research, coding, and business workflows, but it does not replace professional judgment.
A free landing-page demo is available without an account. Full panel access requires a paid credit balance and completed account security setup described below.
Accounts and Security
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. After you purchase credits, you must complete authenticator-based two-factor authentication before the paid panel unlocks. This requirement protects your prepaid credit balance from unauthorized use if someone else learns your email or gains access to a shared device.
You are responsible for all activity under your account, including prompts submitted and credits used. Keep your authenticator device secure. Contact support@fivetoclose.cloud promptly if you believe your account or credits were accessed without permission.
Credits, Payments, and Access
Paid users buy prepaid credits through Stripe Checkout on ai.fivetoclose.cloud. Credits are consumed when you run prompts against selected AI providers and synthesis in the Wrapper panel. Credit costs may vary by provider count, depth, model configuration, or other product settings. A full seven-model route currently uses about 40 credits.
- Credits are not cash, stored value, or a bank account.
- Credits are for use inside the service and are not transferable unless we approve otherwise.
- One-time credit packs (Starter $9, Growth $20, Scale $52) are a single purchase. After payment, your credits remain on your account until you use them. We do not bill you again for the same pack.
- Subscription plans (Monthly $29, Annual $297) bill on a recurring schedule until you cancel. Canceling stops future charges; credits already delivered for the current billing period remain on your account for you to use.
- Credits appear instantly after Stripe confirms payment, but panel access remains locked until authenticator setup is complete.
- We may change credit pricing, plan sizes, model availability, or run costs going forward.
- We may deduct credits for attempted runs because third-party AI providers may charge even if a model fails, times out, or returns an unsatisfactory answer.
Refunds and Billing Disputes
Profit Router is a prepaid credit service. When you buy credits, delivery begins immediately after payment and third-party AI costs are incurred as you run prompts. Our refund rules reflect that the product is consumed on use.
- No refund on used credits. If any credits from a purchase have been spent — in whole or in part — that purchase is not refundable. Requesting a refund after consuming credits is treated as a completed purchase of delivered service.
- Unused credit packs. If you bought a one-time credit pack and have not spent any credits from that purchase, contact support@fivetoclose.cloud within 7 days of payment with your account email and Stripe receipt. We review unused-pack requests on a case-by-case basis.
- Subscriptions. You are responsible for canceling recurring plans before the next billing date if you do not want to be charged again. Canceling stops future billing only. Credits already added for the current period are yours to use and are not refundable once any of them have been spent. If a subscription renews and no credits from that renewal have been used, contact support promptly (for example, you forgot to cancel and have not run any prompts on the new period). We may approve a reversal of that renewal charge when the account shows zero usage from it.
- Keep your credits. If you do not want a refund, you may continue using any remaining credits on your account. Non-subscription packs do not auto-renew.
- How to request review. Email support@fivetoclose.cloud from the address on your account. Include your purchase date and a brief description. We respond within one business day.
- Chargebacks. Contact us before filing a payment dispute. Chargebacks filed after credits have been used may result in immediate account suspension and collection of amounts owed.
- Legal requirements. Nothing in this section limits refund rights that applicable consumer law requires where you live.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Violate laws, regulations, third-party rights, or provider terms.
- Generate or distribute malware, phishing, spam, fraud, deceptive claims, or harmful instructions.
- Submit sensitive personal, financial, health, legal, or confidential information unless you have the right to do so and accept the risk of third-party AI processing.
- Reverse engineer, overload, scrape, abuse, resell, or interfere with the service.
- Use outputs to make deceptive earnings claims, unlawful advertising claims, or misleading endorsements.
User Content and AI Outputs
You retain any rights you have in prompts and other content you submit. You grant FiveToClose the rights needed to process your prompts, route them to providers, generate outputs, operate the service, enforce these terms, and improve the product. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to outputs generated for others, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before relying on them.
Third-Party Providers
The service depends on third-party providers, including AI model providers, hosting services, and Stripe. Their services may change, fail, become unavailable, reject requests, rate-limit usage, or produce unexpected results. We are not responsible for third-party provider actions, terms, downtime, pricing, or outputs.
Ownership
FiveToClose owns the service, software, design, branding, workflows, site content, and related intellectual property, except for rights owned by users or third parties. You may not copy, resell, or create a competing service from our platform without written permission.
Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may also update these terms, provider lists, credit rules, pricing, or account requirements as the service evolves.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these terms, created risk, abused the service, failed payment checks, or used the service in a way that could harm FiveToClose, other users, or third parties.
No Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, profitable, or fit for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FiveToClose will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or reliance on AI outputs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid to FiveToClose for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where FiveToClose is principally located, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
